BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

In addition to the benefits listed below, joining the YMCA has great benefits for you, your family and your community.
The Y’s purpose is to strengthen communities. That’s why we’re here working with you every day, making sure that you, your family and our community have the resources and support to learn, grow and thrive. With a focus on fostering the potential of kids, improving individual health and well-being, and supporting our neighbors, your membership will bring about meaningful change not just within yourself, but in your community too.

Included with Membership:Rogue Valley YMCA

  1. Child Watch for children ages 6 months to 6 years old.  Two hours maximum each day included with a family membership.  The parent or guardian must stay in the facility.
  2. Toddler activities such as tumble tots and music & movement classes.
  3. Youth Center for ages 7 to 17 years old.  It has computers, billiards, snooker, foosball, video games, etc.  Individual youth memberships are available.
  4. Homeschool PE class for both youth and teens during the school year.  There are also adult fitness classes available at the same time for parents to work-out.
  5. Youth Strength class (ages 10-17) during the school year and Jr. Fitness (ages 7-17) during the summer.
  6. All group exercise classes such as ZUMBA, easy does it aerobics, toning, group cycling, step aerobics, cardio belly dance, core conditioning, yoga, pilates and tai chi.
  7. All water fitness classes such as water step aerobics, therapeutic mobility, water wellness and Aqua ZUMBA.
  8. Fitness center orientation to learn how to the use the fitness equipment and learn about the group exercise classes. Strongly recommended.
  9. Equipment for check-out such as basketballs, volleyballs, indoor soccer balls, racquetball racquets and wallyball net (wallyball is volleyball in a racquetball court).
  10. Six guest passes per year and if any of your guests join then we’ll refill your account!
  11. Membership hold is for members to put their account on hold (and not have to pay) once a year for up to 4 months, usually due to injury, illness or travel.
  12. Early program registration for some programs such as swim lessons and youth sports.
  13. Member pricing is a reduced fee for some specialty programs such as swim lessons, gymnastics and boot camp.
  14. AWAY program (Always Welcome At YMCAs). “When you join one Y, you join all Ys” almost, so check out Ys across the country at www.ymca.net and Ys around the world at www.ymca.int.

The YMCA also organizes special events and offers Free Programs.
